Alan like his father is a well-respected property professional having being elected as President of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) in 2008 and again in 2016. He is a qualified Residential Valuer (REV) and a member of TEGoVA and The Confederation of European Immobilier (CEI).
