RS - Residential, to provide for residential development and protect and improve residential amenity'. Approximately 1.93 Hectares (4.769 acres) are zoned RS).

Having reviewed planning permissions granted for developments on adjoining lands noting the objectives of CDP and densities granted for example (F17A 0165) which resulted in an overall density of 23.5 per hectare.
